Great Red Defense Lineups

Moloch, Vulcan, Ignis, Araji, Hyperion

(+D) This team is very good on defense as it cannot be beaten by an all green or white team.

(+A) It can be overcome with all black with Hyperion,
            Or, All blue with Araji.
            Or, 3 red and 2 white (S/I).

Other Mixed Red Teams;

Brustar  Vulcan, Ignis, Araji with Tenebris

Moloch, Ignis, Araji with Tenebris and Keros

Moloch, Ignis, Araji with Solaris and Iyari

Note: You can pul these 2 white with any 3 of another color to heal them.
Note about Solaris and Iyari (S/I): You can put them with any 3 of another color to keep the core of that color healthy through battle. They pair well when you have a single totem color to power (which does not have to be their own).

Great Blue Defense Lineups

Sigurd, Nova, Hyperion, Mairi with Tenebris

(+++D) Great defense against all color combinations

(A) Can be defeated with All black with Hyperion.
Or, Rigel and Solaris with 3 green or 3 red.

Other Mixed-Blue:

Sigurd, Nova, Hyperion with Solaris and Tenebris

Sigurd, Nova, Hyperion with Solaris and Iyari

Great Green Defense Lineups

Angus Avalon, Eden, Sylva with Araji

(+D) Can defend against black, blue or green dominant teams.

(+A) Attack with 3 red and Solaris/Tenebris.
            Or, All red and Hyperion.
Or, Brustar, Tenebris, Solaris, Iyari and Eden.

Angus Avalon, Eden, Sylva with Hyperion

(+D) Can defend against black, blue or green dominant teams.

(A) Attack with 3 red and Solaris/Tenebris.
Or, Brustar, Tenebris, Solaris, Iyari and Eden.

Eden, Brustar, Tenebris, Solaris and Iyari/Rigel

(+++D) This team can defend against any color except red, or red/white.

(A) Use 3 red and Hyperion, Hyperion and Eden,
Or, Hyperion and Solaris, or Rigel and Iyari to defeat

Notes about Attacking White and Black Teams

Notes about Black

Black can be defeated by heavy red, red/white, or red/black combinations.

Placing Tenebris on any lineup is a good idea, as long as he has three or more stars to be effective.

Multi-tank is not a standard for titans, usually due to totem potential. Brustar > Any other tank
Brustar can replace any colored titan in the lineup and survive longer, probably.

Note that you should still use Sigurd if you have the blue totem, as Mairi should be replaced with a stronger choice. Keeping Sigurd, Hyperion and Nova leveled for totem use.

Sigurd is our second-best titan tank in the game, mostly due to his ability to become immune to attacks from supers.

Notes about White

White can be defeated with nearly any combination of colors, as long as the allies they are paired with have synergy.

Using Solaris and Iyari as healers in any lineup is a great choice, especially if they are more than three stars and have their unique skins unlocked.

Amon is a particularly weak titan choice.
Can only be paired with Nova, Moloch or Eden to be effective (they stun). Notice how this color spread is too wide for him to be paired with more than one at a time while retaining the potential for two totems. For high-level play, he is not worth the investment and does not put-out the damage to back himself as a strong component to any lineup. Keros or Ignis are better choices for your mid-backline.

Misc. Tips

Generally speaking the color rules in attacking apply. However, taking into account the number of stars and level of the titan enemy is key. Knowing the abilities of each titan, and how to recognize their core strengths in certain team lineups becomes necessary to strengthen your ability to defend and attack effectively in this game.
