Only star the hat and player once (or skip it), so that they are 2 stars. Use all other picks for the STAR RING. This allows you to pass through to higher Tiers that require power to unlock.
Once you have unlocked Tier III, you can now use Tier II to replay as much as you would like to gather all heroes listed in the quest: Phantom Tour -> "Call of Different Rythms"
By collecting the heroes listed her (Peppy, Helios, Dante, Nebula, Yasmine, Lyria, etc) you will be rewarded with picks to power the Ring, to unlock more Tiers.
Tier III Notes
You'll want Lyria, Morrigan, Corvus and perhaps Satori and Martha
Make sure everyone has a pet and at least three heroes are Red Rank to pass the Boss.
Tier IV Notes
Get to Power 110
To pass this round, I chose: Karkh, Faceless, Lyria, Helios and Orion or Morrigan and Corvus
You'll need 150 power to unlock it, but I suggest Power 160 to complete it. You must use Helios, Orion, Lyria and Kiera. These will all need to be red rank to pass, focus on them. You can win with just these 4 heroes until the Dog Fight. To pass this, it requires you have Augustus! You can pass the Boss fight without him being red, but you must at least have him in the line up to overcome Amira and Folio! Focus on finding stones for Lyria and Kiera. Picking up Orion, Helios and Augustus at every opportunity.
You'll want Khorus, Merlin, Axel, Albus, Oliver and Mara to choose from to overcome the boss. I had to try different variations of these pets to win, depending on who I got to Red and if it was being played at 150 or 160 power. (Both are possible but 150 power requires you mess with pets and retry the Boss Fight to win in auto).
Get it Before It's Gone!
Getting Soul Stones for Lyria may NEVER happen again. Get all that you can out of this event!
Pick up at least one if not several, "Unity of Extremes" artifacts while you can in the shop. They are very difficult to come by. Even if you can't get her to orange rank right now, you'll want to someday. Prepared for that now.
Collect at least 1000 Potions from the Event shop. You'll need them to get heroes through levels 100 to 130 when you get there... Trust me...
Collect pet potions and focus on growing a pet to blue rank for your best pet if you're low level.
Collect soul stone chests (200-400) and dump them into your best character until they are 5 or an absolute star. (Doesn't have to be Lyria!)
Use the rest of the reward gains to get the equipment you need to rank your grand arena and guild heroes.
Spend gems when you need to. Not when you want to. Timing your purchases to match with quests for rewards becomes extremely key. Watch for the piggy bank and discount days-- its so worth it! ! !
