How to Rank Well in the Tournament of Power

To really do well in this event, you need to prepare. First, you can check the schedule easily for upcoming events at Oaslo.com on the left sidebar. Clicking on the images will tell you more about the rewards and quests; therefore, you can deduce what resources you will need. This is true for any upcoming event. 

The rewards are 'okay' for this event, but to really get what you want out of it, you have to place in the top 3 or at least top 10. 

You are placed with other players who are near or at the same overall power level. This includes all heroes that you own when the event starts. This means that you can level up any hero to help rank well in this reward. 

Do you need to spend gems to win?
No. I hardly ever spend gems and place high in this event when I focus and prepare well. 

Should I do this event?
Yes, if you can rank high. If I have not prepared, then I honestly ignore the event altogether to be honest. If I don't think I can rank, then I simply follow the quests for those rewards and ignore the rank altogether. 

What to Save Up

• Level Up Potions
• Energy (for VIP) 
• Artifacts for heroes (and artifact chests can be opened at the start of the event)
• Ascension stuffs 
• Glyph stuffs
• Gold and chests that can give you extra gold
• Skill points 
• Skin chests 

Go all out. Use most if not all of the resources if you are trying to top 3 in this event. Saving some gold and perhaps 100 skills or skins to dump in the last day/hours of the event (as needed) to secure your position.

Watch For Syncrhonistic Quests! 

Legacy of the Old Ones is a set of quests that usually correspond with this event. When this occurs its time to capitalize on all of your Artifact Resources. Making sure to level artifacts, return to collect rewards and spend them on gaining MORE artifacts! Go level some more artifacts then, and continue this until you're maxed out of all quests in this. It's short, so DON'T MISS out! 

Be Like Ebay 'bout It! 

BIG TIP: Sit there on the last day, the last few hours if you can, and dump any and all remaining resources that you are hoarding to ensure your placement. Especially if in the top 3! 

You may have to compete with other players to retain your position in the last few hours. Don't think that a 20k lead is "fine" because you'd be surprised at how many accounts pop up the leaderboard on the last days. Especially if you JUMP on it the first day, don't forget to keep pumping some resources into this event for several days.
